SUPERINTENDENT DR. WILLIAMS VISITS TODAY

Each student in 3rd grade got a brand new dictionary to take home today. The Rotary Club donates dictionaries every year to all 3rd graders.  Dr. Williams, and Mrs. Odom came by to deliver the dictionaries and speak with students.  Thank you, Dr. Williams, and Mrs. Odom!

Story Time

In this picture, I am reading a story called "The Mouse Before Christmas", and the children are listening for strong adjectives and verbs, similes, and personification.  Later, they were challenged to use the same kinds of words in their own writing.  They wrote about all kinds of things with the best descriptions ever! I am a proud teacher with so many talented writers in my class!
